Sunny Delight Beverages Co. Celebrates Summer with Third Summer 4Ever Road Trip

CINCINNATI, June 10 /PRNewswire/ — Sunny Delight Beverages Co., maker of SunnyD(R) juice drink, today announced the launch of its third national Summer 4Ever Road Trip. Warm weather and plenty of free time make summer the time of year when kids are at the height of activity. The 2008 Road trip will encourage kids to Move, Laugh and Think by donating games and supplies that encourage an active lifestyle to community centers, after school programs and summer camps in each city on the tour.
The Summer 4Ever Road Trip, which kicked off in Cincinnati, features two SunnyD “Sunmobiles.” These fully restored and customized 1960s-era Volkswagen buses, staffed by two-person teams, will travel to more than 50 cities in 20 states over the next six months, donating games and supplies to youth centers and summer camps, and visiting community events, grocery stores and private parties.
The 2008 Summer 4Ever Road trip will build on the success of the previous two tours, which saw the Sunny Delight Beverages Co. make more than 100 million consumer impressions.

New in 2008 is a special 12-week hip-hop dance tour that will visit large community events, after school programs and camps in 10 cities. The hip-hop portion of the tour, which builds on the popularity of highly rated television dance contests, features two tour managers and two professional dancers who will get kids moving by teaching them the ins and outs of hip-hop dance.
The SunnyD Summer 4Ever Road trip includes stops in major cities including Chicago, Detroit, New Orleans, Houston, Dallas, Atlanta and Denver. While traveling across the United States, tour managers will interact with families and children by playing games; teaching Sport Stacking through a partnership with Speed Stacks(TM); giving away prizes, including an iPod at each stop; and, by sampling SunnyD (the No. 1 selling chilled juice drink in grocery store volume and sales, according to ACNielsen data for past 52 weeks ending 5/12/07).
